JOM KURUS SINGAPORE (season 3) Programme



Our 6 weeks programme is FUN and Varied. Check out what’s in store ( venue and timings may change slightly) .

From bootcamp, to piloxing, to weight training, to games – you will be so active within the 6 weeks . Our participants confess that they have never been SO motivated to wake up on their Sunday mornings. Looking forward to our coaches’ roll call for attendance. Every week , JKFF dates you for a morning of fitness and sweaty fun. Most of our programmes are held on Sundays so you need not miss it because of work. Only in Week 3 , you need to attend 2 days ( Saturday and Sunday) for an awesome onboarding programme .
