Meet Coach Raihan
Raihan Yacob is a FISAF-certified Group Fitness Instructor and as well as a Nutritionist (BSc (Hons) Food and Human Nutrition, Newcastle University). He has been actively teaching group fitness programs such as Piloxing, HIIT, Aerobics and Dance Fitness since 2017 while being actively engaged in giving Nutrition workshops and classes since 2013. His versatility and never-ending learning attitude allowed him to conduct other fitness classes such as bootcamps and outdoor fitness activities. In addition, his outspoken and witty persona has also brought him to conduct joint-workshops on Nutrition with the Health Promotion Board. Raihan never fails to bring smiles and joy into his sessions because he believes that “once you’re in it, smash it”.
